Payment For Services

GVPT accepts all major insurance plans including Carelink, PEIA, Medicare and Medicaid, and West Virginia Workers' Compensation. As a courtesy to our patients, GVPT will complete and submit claims to insurance companies; however, any deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service.

Health Club Members have the option of electronic checking/savings account withdrawal, credit card payment, or payroll deduction.
