Cardio Fusion
A blast of heart pumping cardio followed by some muscle burning strength training, and just when you think it's over...Glutes & Abs
Flirty Girl Fitness (Booty Beat)
A brand new fitness class designed by women for women that works the entire body, targeting specific muscle groups, while maintaining super fun, non-stop cardio dance moves.
Gentle Yoga
This class is designed to assist increased flexibility, balance, and core strength. Simple, basic movements for all levels. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor.
Get-on-the-Ball
This new class is a total body workout combining cardio, strength training, and floor work utilizing the Dyna-Ball.

Gladiator Training (The Spartacus Workout)
The Spartacus workout is 10 exercises that collectively work every part of your body, placed at a 60-second stations in order to challenge your heart and lungs as well as your muscles. The final product: A high-intensity circuit that’s designed to burn away fat, define your chest, abs, and arms, and send your fitness levels soaring. So you’ll sculpt a lean, athletic-looking body—while getting in the best shape of your life.
Heavy Metal
An intense, in-your-face class focusing primarily on muscular endurance and core training using your own body weight, free weights, and stability balls. This hour-long class utilizes a combination of movements involving every muscle group for an extreme full-body workout all set to a "hard/heavy rock" soundtrack. It's never the same class twice.

Jazzercise
An hour-long class that consists of dance movements "on the floor". The class consists of a warm-up, 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, followed by strength training, and ending with a cool down. Light weights, exercise balls, and/or resistance bands are occasionally used to provide a well-rounded workout.

The Beat Down
Get a full body workout plus fill your cardio quota all within 60 minutes. You'll never re-do a workout - "Variety is the spice of life." This class is INTENSE so bring your game face.
TRX
Ultimate Strength Training using your own body weight as resistance and the TRX "Suspension Straps" to sculpt a leaner, STRONGER body.
Zumba
A new Latin Dance/Fitness class utilizing the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. It's a way of mixing body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps.
