About Us
Botetourt Physical Therapy (BPT) is a division of Greenbrier Valley Physical Therapy, LLC, a private physical therapy practice in Lewisburg, WV. Our goal is to provide the highest quality, rehabilitative services possible to the Roanoke Valley. Our experienced staff offers a wide range of rehabilitation services and represents the finest in caring, progressive professionals. Depending on the type of care needed, most rehabilitation programs are exercise-based, integrating a biomechanical analysis of the structures involved and principles of tissue healing.

Our Staff
Kevin Workman (Owner)
DPT, ATC, ECS
Kevin is the owner of Greenbrier Valley Physical Therapy and Fitness. He is a native of Pocahontas County and earned his BS in Education from Virginia Tech and his MS in Athletic Training from Morehead State University prior to obtaining his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Baylor University. He served in the US Army following his graduation from Baylor. Kevin has over 25 years of experience in physical therapy and sports medicine. He has owned and operated GVPT since 1996 providing inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing coverage since that time. He is also very involved in the athletic training coverage of area schools and volunteers many hours and resources to provide these services. He is active in NATA and is a nationally certified athletic trainer. He is also board certified in Clinical Electrophysiology (ECS) becoming one of the few physical therapists in the country with this distinction.
Kimeran Withrow Evans
MPT
Kimeran graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University in 2004 with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy and in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health Exercise Science from Bridgewater College. Kimeran has practiced in a variety of outpatient settings. Her expertise includes outpatient orthopedics, neurological patients, pediatrics, and women's health.
Amanda Gum
LPTA
Amanda graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Parks, Recreation, and Conservation in 2001 and later worked at Yellowstone National Park as a Park Ranger. Amanda earned a Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Mountain State University.
Amy Clark
Office Manager
Amy earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Western in 1999. Prior to working at Botetourt Physical Therapy, Amy was the leasing director for HHHunt, a national property management company.
Payment for Services
We accept all major insurance plans. As a courtesy to our patients, BPT will complete and submit claims to insurance companies; however, any deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service. Please contact our billing specialist at (540) 992-3660 with questions.
